In addition to demystifying the topic of company culture, this highly interactive course introduces leaders to the Design of Work Experience (DOWE) framework—a step-by-step “how to” for culture. Students of this course are co-creators of their learning experience. They are encouraged to bring their own company challenges to apply to the content. We also delve into common organizational “pain points” (issues and problems) and “gain points” (solutions to help unlock a company’s full potential).
