Responsible for revenue, profit, product, customer base growth and operations. - Grew QuickBooks SaaS revenue ~40% annually. - Accelerated customer growth achieving 41% annual growth, 2M cloud customers, 5M total customers - Expanded globally, built local teams, launched products and grew businesses in 6 new countries. - Responsible for moving >$300B in transaction volume annually through payments & payroll services. - Doubled electronic invoicing and payments in one year with up to 1M eInvoices sent daily. - Cut payments risk losses in half and grew QuickBooks online payments customers by 45%.

Responsible for US and global payroll services, workers' compensation, and HR products, including QuickBooks Payroll, Intuit Online Payroll and Intuit Full Service Payroll. - Accelerated growth and grew business organically from $600M to $800M in revenue in two years, doubling the prior growth rate. - Launched 2 major new products which grew to $20M in the first two years. - Built the cloud customer base, bringing in 200K new users. - Globalized, expanding beyond the US to launch in 3 new countries. - Led two international acquisitions.
