I led a qualitative research study to ascertain the needs and desires of founders related to a fully integrated and VC-sponsored founder development program. This study resulted in the development of Pilea, a three-pronged development program focusing on early and mid-stage founders to increase their effectiveness as leaders through physical wellness, emotional intelligence, and leadership and business excellence.

My time is also spent increasing employee engagement, cultivating a culture of care and ensuring that every employee at BenchSci has the opportunity to thrive without burning out.
