Whilst at BIT I worked across multiple teams, ultimately leading the International team and then the Growth and Equality team. I was lucky to spend time working on a range of policy areas, from spending time seconded to HM Treasury on pension reform, researching the impact of poverty on decision-making, growing BIT's work with foreign governments, and heading up our work to improve social mobility.
