Work Experience

  • Founder, Principal

    1995 - Current

I founded Lynn-Cullotta Consulting to give our B2B clients a faster, smarter way to “game plan” how to achieve their topline growth objectives. Our trademark expert consulting model leverages unique functional knowhow—and often deep industry knowledge—to provide insight and clarity for clients determining how to build new revenue streams outside of their core businesses and customer groups. Our team has broad industry experience that includes residential/commercial construction, healthcare, local media, SaaS solutions, electric utilities, retail property leasing and industrial.

  • Managing Director

    2019

I am involved in the leadership team launching the new Arizona Chapter of Golden Seeds (Fall 2019). Founded in 2005, Golden Seeds is a national angel investor network dedicated to pursuing investment returns through the empowerment of women entrepreneurs. Golden Seeds has invested over $120M in women-led companies in enterprise, consumer and healthcare sectors. The organization has become a leading force in focusing on women's leadership, gender diversity, entrepreneurship and job creation.

  • Co-Founder, Principal

    2014

As a principal of i3 Ignite, I work with senior leaders committed to achieving significant new business growth. Some clients have money to invest and want to make a big play: rapidly scale an existing business model or move into adjacent businesses. Others are charged with delivering incremental revenue by adding complementary products/services to a core business and/or expanding into new market segments. In either case, i3 Ignite brings expertise that will help a client determine what their path to revenue growth will look like and how to execute in a way that creates repeatable success. We’re currently advising a number of DSOs as well as suppliers bringing technology solutions that enable them to achieve their growth goals.

  • Senior Consultant

    1980 - 1994

At FL&A, I managed client relationships and led engagements. The consulting work focused on designing channel strategies (3rd-party and direct sales) to drive revenue growth—as well as providing support to client teams executing these strategies. I worked extensively with senior leaders in large business units to establish positions in rapidly growing markets, and test/integrate new channel models into the core business. Industry experience included computers, mobile services, local media, telecom, building supplies, office furniture and healthcare.
