I joined Asana when we were ~100 employees and a handful of PMs. My primary focus for the first 5 years was driving bottoms up, product lead growth and building the team. As Asana has scaled and our business has grown, my role has expanded from driving our Adoption & Enterprise strategy to leading our cross-org product delivery. It's been a blast thinking about how we can serve some of the most valuable companies in the world, in a new way.
