    - Launched and led Ricoh’s venturing and open innovation activities in the computer vision/machine learning and 3D printing for agriculture, retail, healthcare and manufacturing industries. Resulted in investments and partnerships with an intelligent security camera company, 3D printer company and cloud manufacturing software company. - Managed cross-functional teams of internal and external organizations including business units and R&D groups, resulted in Ricoh’s first internally developed 3D printer, as well as implementation of a new digital manufacturing execution system for its fabrication service business.
