Helping one of the world's largest pharmacies think about how to innovate. MEDCO serves 65 million people worldwide. The vast majority of healthcare dollars are spent on chronic illnesses and the first line of support for those patients is medications. If we can get better meds to patients and improve compliance we can save vast amounts of money *and* provide much better care for these patients. Working and thinking about how to use new technologies to do this.
Founding Shareholder
2005 - 2010
I was a founding shareholder of TechCrunch through my friendship and business partnership with Michael Arrington. We started edgeio and TechCrunch simultaneously whilst cooperating through Archimedes Ventures LLC. I can't claim a lot of credit for TechCrunch ... I'm the one who advised him not to do it :-). I hope I helped Mike get to the point where he wanted to do it, and was able to help him be successful.
