    Development Group Manager, Business Technology Center (1998 – 1999) Managed multi-team initiatives for corporate banking CRM and Internet e-commerce applications. Segment Manager, Private Banking (1996 – 1997) Responsible for product management and operational quality for private banking unit serving 10,000 high net worth households in six states. Created proprietary deposit product for private banking clients. Extensive experience with merger integration, both as an acquirer and acquiree.
