Vector Solutions is a SaaS company providing services in the online training compliance space in which I invested in 2003. In 2016 Vector Solutions was purchased by Providence Equity Partners, a $40 billion private equity firm. That transaction yielded a 50x return on the initial investment.

1998 - 2002
I remained with IKON as CFO of the Technology Services Division from 1997 through 2002 where I was responsible for overseeing the integration of over 40 companies acquired by IKON.

1990 - 1998
As a spinoff of Monterey–Waldec, in 1990 we started The Waldec Group, a network integration company which they grew to seven locations with over 350 employees in Florida and Pennsylvania and over $80 million in revenue. In 1997 we sold the company to Alco Standard Corp., a Fortune 500 company, and became part of Alco’s IKON Technology Services Division.

Along with partner Tom Wallace, I was a cofounder of Waldec Systems, a successful systems integration company that merged with Monterey Microsystems to form Monterey–Waldec in 1986. Monterey-Waldec was sold in 1990 to Intelligent Electronics, a large publicly traded NASDAQ listed company.
