While with GoDaddy, I served as SVP/GM Engineering for the Domain and Security groups. My team(s) were responsible for serving 20M domain customers and running one of the internet’s largest DNS platforms. I led a global team of talented minds who developed and managed world-class apps and services that ran on top of a high-scale, high availability and highly distributed system. I also built and led a team (organic and acquisition)(of infosec talent focused on protecting every aspect of our customer digital ventures, providing high quality code monitoring, anti-malware, SSL, CDN, WAF and DDoS mitigation. My team(s) were accountable for more than half of the company's revenue and consistently delivered annual double-digit growth during my leadership.

Senior Executive responsible for digital consumer division, including P&L across all functional lines; including planning, product management, design, engineering, test and business operations. Drove core development teams, product strategy and roadmaps for Weather.com and Weather Underground. Deeply engaged in developing underlying architecture, service layers, API's, user experience. Managed team of 150+ engineers, product, design and operations personnel, driving 40% annual growth in web and mobile businesses. Highlights: Re-engineered existing digital infrastructure across mobile and web (modernized base platforms to angular, scala, drupal, robust API’s and put heavier focus on native mobile development). Created consistent design, interaction and international capability across broad mobile portfolio and synchronized with web/mobile web. Resulted in 42% YoY mobile revenue growth and huge improvements in daily engagement. Refactored instrumentation and developed initial audience data model; capturing 1st party data and enhancing advertising targeting capabilities. Worked with Apple, Google and other mobile leaders on partner engagement, launched Apple iOS Weather widget. Served on TWC leadership (ELT) team, representing digital business at BoD meetings, investor updates and media upfronts, successfully positioning product development team prior to acquisition by IBM (Closed Feb-16).
