    The Bronze Valley Investment Strategist is responsible for sourcing diverse entrepreneurial talent in BV's target markets (currently AL & GA) and seeking out opportunistic deals in other markets. Upon finding those deals, the BV Investment Strategist is to perform due diligence to assess the validity of the potential investment and make recommendations to the BV Investment Committee and Board. Responsibilities also include: - Coordinating programs and partnerships with HBCUs, national partners, and other local stakeholders in order to further the Bronze Valley mission to support high growth, innovative, technology-enabled companies created by diverse, underrepresented and underestimated founders - Representing BV as an investor in pitch competitions and other founder-facing events - Writing local grants to fund BV entrepreneurship-support programming - Coordinating the writing & submission of national grants with the contracted grant writer - Other fundraising on behalf of BV - Providing support for BV programming, including and especially the Bronze Valley Accelerator
