An idea that was seeded in a casual conversation with friends flourished into a venture with unlimited growth possibilities. Smart Investment Group was started by five entrepreneurs who struck on realty as the new area for business investment in 2018. Our first venture was buying out a residential apartment building in 2018, and we have grown exponentially in the last few years and today own a over 1 Million sq. ft., of residential, commercial and retail investments and over 2000 acres of land bank investments. My strength as an entrepreneur/investor always brings out the best of me in new ventures. I have dedicated a lot of time in designing new approaches to challenges that made a critical impact to the properties and investments that we own today which has increased the value of these investments multi-fold. I have always been a good team player and have been fortunate to be part of a team that envisions big dreams and works hard and smart to achieve those dreams. The collective group of five of us complement each other's strengths and channel our combined energies into the growth of Smart Investment Group, plus the fact that we think work and act like a team has contributed to the rapid growth with a solid financial base of Smart Investment Group.
