As the VP Engineering at WorkSpan, a SaaS platform for enterprises to manage their partner ecosystems, I lead a global engineering team of 80+ engineers across India and Europe, covering frontend, backend, QA, SRE and program management. I have delivered critical 0-1 initiatives such as co-sell applications with leading cloud providers, built innovative core platform capabilities, improved platform performance and scalability, and established engineering processes and strategy. I created a fun and engaging engineering culture to keep the team motivated and the attrition low and helped developing talent within the team.

Students can easily enter their homework problem, collaborate on an interactive shared whiteboard by drawing, typing math and messaging, and get instant help from the ever growing MathChat community. Some of the achievements: - It was accepted into the ImagineK12 accelerator, a program for education startups, in 2014. - It has more than 350k downloads on the AppStore and is one of the top 50 free education apps in the US. - I was responsible for developing the iOS app using Parse and Firebase as the backend, and later rebuilding it in Xamarin to make it cross-platform for Android and iOS.
