This formed foundation for STEP, one of the most extensive transformation programmes in Statoil's history. The programme was approved by the Corporate Executive Committee in 2014 and being executed.

Included extensive contact with local, state and government stakeholders. June 2010-May 2011: Various projects within technology innovation and renewable energy, including: - Management of assets in Statoil's investment portfolio, end-to-end responsible for one exit process - Commercialization strategies/ business plans for new technologies, in particular the Hywind floating wind technology
