Acquired by Topcon 2/2018 ClearEdge3D has a track record of technological innovation and thought leadership in the Automated Feature Extraction, laser scanning and 3D modeling space. The company was founded in 2006 by recognized experts in the field of computer vision, hyperspectral data analysis, and LiDAR data analysis. The first version of EdgeWise Building™ focused on building and terrain modeling and was launched in 2009. The technology rapidly gained customer traction and industry acclaim. In 2011 EdgeWise Plant™ was released for the process manufacturing and plant modeling industry, which was soon followed by EdgeWise MEP™.

(IFMI) is a financial services company specializing in credit related fixed income investments. IFMI was founded in 1999 as an investment firm focused on small-cap banking institutions, but has grown to provide an expanding range of asset management, capital markets, and investment banking solutions to institutional investors and corporations.

As an Angel Investor I worked independently and with the University of Maryland, Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship. I sought out great entrepreneurs with innovative ideas. I funded, advised, mentored and supervised many early stage companies from "early days" to successful exit.

From 1996 to January 2000, Mr. Ullom was employed at Telebanc Financial Corporation (TBFC), the first and largest online bank. In 2000 TBFC successfully merged with E*Trade Financial Corp. Mr. Ullom held various senior positions at E*Trade including Executive Vice President. In the capacity of Executive Vice President, Mr Ullom had overall responsibility for the management of E*Trades's $60 Billion balance sheet. E*Trade's investment activities included MBS, ABS, mortgage loans, commercial lending, municipal securities, TRUPS, derivative products and collateralized debt obligations. Additionally, Mr. Ullom was a member or contributor to the following:  Member of E*TRADE Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO).  Member of E*TRADE Credit Committee.  Presented to E*TRADE Bank Board of Directors on a monthly basis.
