Huckletree is a workspace accelerator; we leverage our position at the centre of the tech ecosystem to ensure that our members are best set for success. Platform is the value-add service for our members; we work closely with our communities of entrepreneurs and start ups/scale ups to understand their needs and challenges, then advise and connect them with the most relevant network for them. This network is made up of other members, the investment community and our ecosystem of ambassadors (investors, entrepreneurs and experts); the aim is to equip our members with the right expertise and knowledge to help them scale. Platform also curates and manages high-impact, value add event programming (Investor Office Hours, Female Founder Breakfasts and CXO Summits). I also manage our annual in-house accelerator, Alpha; a 12-week long accelerator programme designed for startups with underrepresented founders to help them in their early stages of growth. Our ultimate goal is to make the first steps of their entrepreneurial journey structured and impactful as they progress towards raising their seed round.
Partnership Manager - Open Platforms & Fintech
2016 - 2018
Worked with +100 early - late stage fintech companies on partnership opportunities within the Thomson Reuters (now Refinitiv) financial data division. The role included connecting with key industry innovation leads up to C-suite. Project managed the Techstars Barclays accelerator on behalf of TR, identifying high potential partners to collaborate with, provide data to and provide internal introductions. Advised and collaborated on the launch of Thomson Reuters Labs in Zuug, working closely with the on-the-ground team to build, manage and execute the launch; this included screening and identifying relevant local fintech start ups to accept onto the incubator. I also led the onboarding, integration and relationship management of the ecosystem of third party developers into App Studio, the third party distribution platform on the flagship desktop product, Eikon.
