In this role, my responsibilities include securing sponsorships and managing relationships, planning and executing events, overseeing promotion and marketing strategies, shaping our web presence and branding, managing all communications, handling budgeting and finance, managing staffing initiatives, and fostering key partnerships and collaborations.
