ZigAir is a social marketplace platform that connects private air charters with travelers. Through flight sharing (collaborative consumption) and direct flight booking, ZigAir offers the best value for traveling. I oversaw a team of 15 and successfully grew our Route inventory to over 800+ Routes across 200 cities covering 43 states. Additionally, I also oversaw our P&L, hired and managed our outsourced teams, and handled FAA/DOT regulatory issues and licenses. As Product Owner, hired and managed multiple outsourced teams in agile dev. Ran daily scrums. Developed personas, customer journeys, and use cases through customer interviews and market research. Designed and built UX wireframes, search algorithms, roundtrip discount mechanism, dynamic travel routing products for private air charter operators and map visualization software for our 5,000 US airports and our available flight routes.
