Held pivotal role in successful turnaround of parent company after IPO failure and “mandat ad hoc”. Company emerged from pre-Chapter 11 to enjoy 250M€+ LBO. Promoted to Group COO. Led sale of founder's controlling stake to LBO fund.

Launched Apax Partners and Lazard Brothers-backed biotech startup company with Nobel laureate James E. Rothman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Rothman) . Responsible for all operational and financial matters including business development (partnership with Johnson & Johnson), management of clinical trial program and IP/PR. Sale to Antigenics Inc. (NASDAQ : AGEN).

Senior Associate

Executed seven transactions, from start-ups to LBOs, in the U.S. and in Europe, with a strong focus in biotechnology/healthcare. Left to launch portfolio company Mojave Therapeutics on behalf of Apax.

Participated in a wide range of Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions in Europe with a primary focus on France and Belgium. Offered Associate position at the end of the two-year program. Left for MBA at Harvard.
