Led sale of founder's controlling stake to LBO fund.

(NASDAQ : AGEN).

    Executed seven transactions, from start-ups to LBOs, in the U.S. and in Europe, with a strong focus in biotechnology/healthcare. Left to launch portfolio company Mojave Therapeutics on behalf of Apax.

    Participated in a wide range of Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions in Europe with a primary focus on France and Belgium. Offered Associate position at the end of the two-year program. Left for MBA at Harvard.
