Led multiple marketing campaigns and negotiated with prospective investors and acquirers on behalf of clients. Created valuation models using comparable companies, precedent transactions, and DCF methodologies, and modeled project finance, corporate finance, M&A, tax equity, and US GAAP-compliant financial statements.
