Founder of RTP Global - a leading early-stage venture capital fund which invests, globally, in technology startups across B2B and enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, digital health, foodtech, agritech, edtech, and mobility. Career highlights: • Built and now leads a global team of 8 investment partners and 30+ employees in Europe, Asia and the USA to source, invest and support the most innovative tech companies in the world. • Invested in over 150 tech companies, across 18 countries, to date. • Successfully launched global expansion of the VC firm with the offices in New York, Bangalore, London, Paris and Dubai, recruiting top investment partners in each region. • Early investor in Datadog (NASDAQ: DDOG) in 2012. Maintained ownership beyond the company’s IPO in 2019, to return 500x the invested capital. • 1 in 10 RTP investments have become multi-billion-dollar businesses, including EPAM, Datadog, Ring Central, DeliveryHero, and CRED. • In June 2023, launched firm’s latest fund of $1billon in capital.

Founded and built pioneering IT systems integration company, LVS, working with a portfolio of technology providers including Oracle, Compaq, Sun Microsystems and Cisco. Career highlights: • Managed a small team of five computer scientists and became the exclusive distributor for Oracle Corp in the former USSR, then Russia. • Led a turn-key project for computerization of the Parliament during the 1990s. • Implemented a computer system for a privatization of residential real estate in Moscow, Russia. • Implemented a national passport database and control system in Uzbekistan. • Sold the company to PwC in 1996.
