Scope included oversight of marketing, technology, product development, revenue management, supplier relations, and finance. Reported to a North American Board of Directors. • Chaired process for developing two 3-year strategic plans to create full alignment between management team and Board of Directors. Established annual tactical goals and initiatives for each strategic pillar to drive further alignment • Grew Ensemble Travel Group's brand equity through the development of key executive level supplier relationships resulting in eight travel supplier "Partner of the Year" awards in 2018. • Improved vendor selection process by basing it on user requirements and future technology trends, conducting detailed RFP process and contract negotiation for selecting vendors. • Increased supplier contract target achievement by implementing a revenue management approach to managing supplier contracts and oversaw creation of a data warehouse for detailed reporting.
