Kauffman Fellows Program identifies, develops, and networks global leaders in the venture capital industry. It is a two-year apprenticeship program that features a structured curriculum with an individual development plan, executive coaching, facilitated mentoring, and peer learning and networking — all with a focus on giving back and one's responsibility as a leader in venture capital.

The VC Platform Global Community is an invite-only community set up to be a peer-learning vehicle for those who actively work in VC and are in charge of growing, supporting, and creating communities for their firm’s portfolio companies. The community has carefully grown to enable each other and now also conducts an annual summit where VC Platform Leaders (platform team members or those in charge of “value add” services) come together to share ideas.

CHOUmedia is a full-service marketing and PR firm assisting business-to-business (B2B) small to mid-sized companies with tailored marketing strategies to grow their businesses. The firm specializes in working with businesses in the intellectual property industry. At CHOUmedia I was responsible for working with clients on their full stack of marketing efforts, from digital and social strategy to brand development to event production.

Ocean Tomo is a Chicago-based intellectual capital merchant bank that specializes in IP-related mergers and acquisitions, valuations, expert services, analytics and IP auctions. At OT I joined the team that launched the first live patent auctions, an effort created in part to bring more transparency to the patent transaction marketplace. I was also responsible for marketing efforts across the firm's practice areas including Expert Testimony, Valuation, and Transactions.

Canright Communications is a marketing firm focused on marketing, selling, educating, and inspiring through writing and design. At Canright I worked with B2C and B2B clients on marketing and communication strategy and materials, including web and marketing copy, branding and design.
