Antler is the investor backing the world's most driven founders, from day zero. Founded on the belief that people innovating is the key to building a better future, we partner with people across six continents to launch and scale high-potential startups that address meaningful opportunities and challenges. I joined the team from the start and helped launch Antler and the very first cohort in Singapore. I worked in Antler's global team helping expand Antler to Stockholm and then many more cities over the years. Being a partner at Antler was a great combination of building Antler and our internal team as well as working with hundreds of founders. I was part of Antler's investment committees across our different funds and worked closely with our growing portfolio to establish our global community of founders.

Approach is a five year project where we aim to learn more about the world by living in ten different countries. We will divide our time between learning about places, working with startups and investors and making early-stage angel investments in the local markets. As a consultant I work with data-driven marketing primarily for startups including positioning, branding, product development (growth initiatives), user insights and go to market strategies. I often take on an interim CMO role and help early startups launch and then hire their first CMO. Clients include VAssist (https://vassist.com), Youple (https://youple.se), Clue (www.helloclue.com), Lookback (https://lookback.io/), Operator (https://operator.com/) and Qapital (https://www.qapital.com/) as well as larger companies like King (https://king.com/). https://approach.world/

Head of marketing

I joined Wrapp when the company had eight employees and has played a key role in growing the company to 50+ employees in multiple markets in less than a year. I have been part of developing the concept of "friend-to-friend marketing" and created multiple services that Wrapp offers leading retailers and brands such as H&M, Levi's, Sephora and Gap. During the first year, nearly 10% of Sweden's population had signed up for Wrapp. During September - December 2012 I was primarily working with product development. In February 2013 I moved to San Francisco to further focus on our US expansion. Wrapp (www.wrapp.com) is a social-gifting service for celebrating friends with free and paid gift cards from top brands. Wrapp allows friends to contribute to the gift cards for group gifting and makes it fun and easy to give, receive and redeem gift cards using mobile devices and the web. Founded in 2011, Wrapp is based in Stockholm and San Francisco. In January 2012 Wrapp closed its Series A funding from Atomico, Greylock and Creandum. In June 2013 Wrapp closed its series B funding from current investors, American Express, Qualcomm Ventures and SEB Private Equity. Niklas Zennström (Skype) and Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn) have joined Wrapp’s board.
