    Soundhalo is about bringing artists closer to audiences by capturing the raw emotion of the live performance and making it available for immediate download to smartphones and across all devices. This world-first platform was designed to create new revenue streams, expands audiences and start conversations, bringing exciting opportunities for artists, managers, record labels, and festival and event promoters. Co-founding the start-up live music platform soundhalo in 2011, with Baz Palmer, demonstrated Liza’s ability to set an exciting precedent for the future of the live music industry. Liza’s role as co-founder and CEO was to construct complex business models, build the brand, list patents, direct product development & pricing, raise capital, build a global team, develop and scale a global video network, work with Top 50 artists, management and labels and to launch beta tests and execute stadium sized live music broadcasts to over 196 countries in real time. As a Board Chairman & Director, she reported to the fellow directors of the company and and reviewed and discussed the strategic, marketing, operational and financial implications and consequences of the global start-up business.
