It has over 30 million downloads worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. I negotiated the acquisition of Aldiko with its founders, and the financing of the operation with the french VC A Plus Finance. (thanks to Operation Council : Lamartine Conseil, Gide Loyrette Nouel & Robertsons Hong-Kong) In 2019, Aldiko is acquired by the canadian company De Marque.

The Group is selling eBooks (B2C & B2B) in around 220 countries across the world, in 13 currencies. In 2010, Feedbooks raised € 250k from 4 private investors. In 2012, Feedbooks raised a round A of € 1.1m from the Venture Fund A Plus Finance. In 2014, Feebooks raised a round B of € 1m from A Plus Finance to pursue expansion and finance the acquisition of Aldiko. In may 2014, Feedbooks has acquired the Hong Kong based company Aldiko, developer and publisher of the #2 eReader apps for Android operating system with more than 26 million downloads.
