Founding partner in the first craft brewery in Peru's Sacred Valley. I supported design and construction aspects, including overseeing all landscape and custom furniture design. I developed and managed the tasting room program and staff, promotions and special events, and designed the company's website. A strong sustainability ethos in the company has ensured that we are the country's only all-draft brewery, eliminating waste in the delivery of our products. We designed and installed our own water treatment system onsite to process brewery wastewater, and are in trials for on-site wind power to diversify our electrical system.

I advise and oversee the Student Sustainability Coalition, which is a consortium of student groups collectively focused on issues of sustainability. I facilitate leadership development training, supervise student staff,manage the student community gardens, oversee an annual grant program, and develop and assess learning goals for student education in sustainability.
