    Project manager overseeing strategic initiatives in packaging, waste reduction, energy and water conservation, storm water management, as well as metrics tracking and reporting. I manage the company B Corp Certification and reporting, updates to Fair Trade program, employee education and training, and internal and external communications around company sustainability programs and policies.

  • Founder, Sustainability Coordinator and Special Project Manager

    2014 - 2017

    Founding partner in the first craft brewery in Peru's Sacred Valley. I supported design and construction aspects, including overseeing all landscape and custom furniture design. I developed and managed the tasting room program and staff, promotions and special events, and designed the company's website. A strong sustainability ethos in the company has ensured that we are the country's only all-draft brewery, eliminating waste in the delivery of our products. We designed and installed our own water treatment system onsite to process brewery wastewater, and are in trials for on-site wind power to diversify our electrical system.
