My legal training gives me the insight to see potential risks related to compliance, ethics or the regulatory landscape. I'm fortunate to have worked with great leaders and been part of successful acquisitions, exits, and category creating rocket ships. The purpose of the College shall be to recognize, inspire, and promote excellence in law practice management by identifying and honoring extraordinary achievement, supporting activities that enhance the development of knowledge, facilitating information exchange among the Fellows, and acting as a catalyst for positive change within the legal profession including the encouragement of diversity and inclusion throughout the profession. Membership in the College is by invitation to honor those individuals who have proven to their peers, their employers, the bar, the bench and the public through performance related to law practice management. To date, nearly 300 practitioners from 5 different countries are Fellows of the College. I was admitted as a fellow in 2023.

Founded in 2018 by Ross Guberman, BriefCatch was created to extend his expertise in legal writing to a broader audience. Through years of leading workshops for the legal elite, Guberman developed BriefCatch to provide real-time improvements and insights directly during the drafting process. The BriefCatch product suite leverages insights from leading legal minds to offer real-time editing suggestions, analytical draft scores, and detailed narrative reports. These tools reflect the collective wisdom of top legal professionals, aiming to improve both the clarity and persuasiveness of legal documents. At BriefCatch, we are dedicated to supporting legal professionals achieving excellence in their writing, ensuring that every document meets the high standards of the legal field. In my role, I am building and scaling the GTM function, overseeing everything from branding, messaging, PR, and product marketing to revenue operations, sales enablement, and community.

In my role as Chief Marketing Officer, I developed and led the strategy to execute customer-centric marketing and sales enablement strategies and tactics that drive growth. I am dedicated and committed to integrating the “voice of the customer” to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, lead and demand generation, product marketing, and community engagement. I was also responsible for the sales enablement and operations functions and accelerating the performance of the go-to-market team by empowering them with the tools, resources, training and technology they need to be successful. In 2021, I co-founded the Women of SurePoint group.

I built, oversaw, managed and implemented the marketing engine, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement function, and sales operations systems for SurePoint Technologies, a leading provider of financial and practice management software to law firms nationwide. For more than 40 years, law firms have relied on SurePoint’s award-winning enterprise software to drastically improve workflow and maximize financial performance. With a community of nearly 50,000 members, SurePoint continues to transform the legal industry by enabling law firms to unlock higher performance by freeing lawyers of administrative burdens so they can spend far more time focusing on their clients and their practice. I also co-hosted "The Virtual Office," a webinar series that provides insights and best practices on building, transforming and innovating the business and practice of law. In 2020, I served as a member of the Employee Engagement Committee, where we developed and implemented the following programs: Quarterly Charitable Cause and Employee Recognition Program.

As a partner of the council, my role is to support the faculty and program managers in delivering relevant offerings and strengthening the fundamental mission of the GW School of Business Certificate Programs. The council works collaboratively to provide constructive feedback and strategic direction, helping to guide quality improvement and assess program efficacy.
