1. Supporting capital raising, deep financial analysis, investor relations and special projects (including M&A) for the Company: - Supporting the CFO on all capital (equity) raising from global investors for the business and special projects (new business expansion or M&A) - Developing detailed financial models and projections for the business - Conducting business, competitor and market analysis - Preparing presentations and notes for investor updates, presentations for Board of Directors and some marketing materials - Project management: work closely with all lines of the business including relevant business units, finance and accounting. - Support additional requests from investors on business updates or legal requests 2.
