Managed cross-divisional strategic initiatives in the U.S., tapped to build up Kaplan’s Australian Higher Education strategy and operations, lead the launch of and ran @Kaplan, a business that provides online professional and higher education programs from leading universities to students across Asia. Among other responsibilities, led the Dreamers Education Initiative, a scholarship-funded college degree program for young undocumented immigrants who have been denied access to higher education, the Kaplan EdTech Accelerator, an incubator for education-technology startups run by Kaplan in partnership with Techstars, the number one accelerator in the world and the Enterprise Learning Solutions & Community College Partnerships for Kaplan University.

    Member of the Deputy Chancellor of Operations cabinet and Chancellor’s Leadership Team in the restructuring of the largest U.S.K-12 school system ($18B budget), Children First reforms, impacting 1.1MM students in over 1,500 schools and 140,000+ employees. Created strategies, supporting policies and successfully implemented large scale operational change.
