My task: Create a sustainable growth strategy in a changing global agro-food market. Repositoning, organisation adaption & implementation, a.o. align product development & global sales, margin management improvement program. After this restructuring Nutriad was sold to Adisseo end of 2017 .

Health market changes quickly, role of the government, customer demand and increasing competition. Main question: How can ORO create a sustainable, more market oriented organisation. Starting with market research, a marketing plan for the whole organisation, implementation plan and transfer-roadmaps.

My role: global sales & marketing and at later stage managing director. In 2002 the company was sold to Nutreco.
