Mohamed AlAbbar's Chairman Office Operations: - Responsible for managing office business operations, streamline the chairman’s communication with all the leadership of his portfolio companies - Developed speeches for leadership conferences - Shadowed H.E in day-to-day business activities As part of my role, I was also assigned on ‘special projects’ with an objective to create new revenue streams: 1) New Business Launch: High-End Retail Business - Launched a high-end fashion retail business at the Dubai Mall from inception to launch - Setup the legal and financial feasibility elements - Established the strategy and brand management, enabled the store operations (hired and managed a team of 10) 2) Product Management: Blockchain Tokenization - Part of the initial team to launch Emaar’s blockchain team. First project aims at launching the world’s first global corporate utility token - Supported the Product Owner in managing the Product Strategy and overseeing the Product Implementation teams
