As founder and CEO of Prospect (spun out of Golden Ventures), I oversaw the organization's operations, fundraising, and product development. I led the development of Prospect's core products, including scaling the job board from 0 to 1200 startups, launching a national layoff list, and publishing multi-annual market reports on the state of talent.
