Prepared the business plan and helped raise the $200M start-up capital for the airline. Negotiated aircraft contracts, negotiated the headquarters, led the Project Management process for the launch of Operations. As Head of business development, led the launch of the businesses around the airline including Azul Cargo, Azul Viagens, Insurance, the Bus Network and the Ancillary Products platform.

BrightSteps was a venture created together with my family. We taught Mandarin and Spanish to Children 1-6 years of age in New York City's Upper West Side. We reached enrollment of 100 children. Due to my move to Brazil and my brother's decision to enter graduate school at Columbia, we decided to switch the model to a private tutoring program.
