I collaborate with our service delivery specialists and together we help companies solve their most important business issues with innovative sector specific solutions. I spend time with our clients to listen and understand their business and what success looks like. I spend time with our teams to coach and mentor our client serving professional to develop sills and experiences at EY that helps make businesses better. I continue to support our community by mentoring young people, promoting entrepreneurism and economic development.

BJU is a Christian liberal arts university with seven colleges, providing regionally accredited education for 2,800 students and 35,000 alumnae. In this role I co-led the university during the CEO’s three-year health sabbatical. Through the COO leadership role, elevated the university’s market position through transformation, including: Facilitating and contributing to long-range strategic planning Stabilizing revenue and improving pipeline Championing lean operations Refurbishing facilities - 7 major projects Leading operations, including finance, IT, HR, and facilities Moving teams from stagnation to nimble improvement.

I served as a start-up team member of the risk advisory practice in the southeast, growing business to $60MM revenue and 137 employees in 9 years. I designed innovative risk solutions in multiple disciplines, such as finance, IT and production quality, enabling clients to anticipate and manage risks. Developed business with new and existing large and small clients in energy, manufacturing, banking, insurance, healthcare, construction, transportation, software, entertainment and hospitality industries. Publicly traded clients included Shell Oil, UPS, International Paper, CNN, Microsoft Europe, Goodyear, AmSouth Bank and Eastman Chemicals. Privately-held companies were in cable, textiles, printing, food, packaging, mortgage banking and health insurance industries.
