- Built one of the world’s largest infrastructure clouds with over 11k mobile devices. - Achieved cost savings of over 10x compared to commercial offerings. - Responsible for a $15M yearly budget. - Led the roadmap and strategy for Snap’s datacenter for automated testing. - Grew datacenter scope and ownership to include iOS builds, Snap AR and Spectacles use cases. - Led a total engineering team of 15. Hired and managed a diverse team of software- and system engineers, datacenter technicians and technical project managers. - Part of the Quality Engineering Leadership council.

- Grew datacenter test capacity by over 100% which was the enabler to unlock weekly release cycles for iOS and Android. - Spearheaded the idea, strategy and implementation to leverage virtual iOS simulator and Android emulator testing which has achieved cost savings of over $2M per year. - Led critical projects to increase the speed of test executions by 50% and increase infrastructure reliability by 200%.

- Lead TPM for Snap's QA and test automation strategy. - Leading programs that resulted in an exponential growth and adoption of automated tests (+800% in 12 months). - Leading various product decisions to establish a new suite of developer tools. - Leading a program to drive down android crash rate from 4% to <0.2% in 4 months. - Working closely with engineering leaders from several feature teams. - Founding member of several new critical Snap developer tools (Automated Mobile Testing Platform, Backend Testing Platform, Load Testing).

CEO and Co-Founder

Served as CEO and Co-founder of both the Tipgain and HiMom social sharing apps and led a team of several software engineers. The Tipgain project began while I studied for my Master’s degree in London. Having achieved a modicum of success with the app, signing up a few well-known restaurant chains, we moved to Silicon Valley. HiMom was a postcard app used to send both digital and physical postcards to friends and family. This was a whirlwind project, using rapid, heavy development to go from idea to launch in less than 6 weeks.
