    I am the Product Lead for Instagram Direct Messaging. My teams support asynchronous messaging, real time calling, notifications, expression, and more to help drive more meaningful connections. Previously I was a founder within Meta Inc's internal incubator (New Product Experimentation - NPE team.) My team's work was focused on teen community engagement. Prior to NPE, I led the Ads Manager org at Meta. This consists of the five teams responsible for core ads creation (>$50Bn in revenue), value delivery, navigation, management, and new product development for Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and Marketplace platforms. Work has been featured in Forbes (and other publications) as examples of how FB helps small businesses and drives high ROI campaigns for growing companies. Built features to support high-density analytics, automated actions, notif schema, internationalization, etc. Developed back-end eng to enable API migrations, unit/ scenario based testing, and to improve mobile app performance. Manage engineers and cross-function professionals (research, content, marketing) who help advertisers to connect with their customers every day through desktop and mobile. Awarded two patents for work on mobile interfaces.
