    2014 - 2016

    Grew SteelBrick global team from 5 to 200 employees and grew bookings by 37x in 2 years with $78M raised from IVP, Emergence, Shasta and Salesforce. Salesforce acquired SteelBrick on 2/1/16. Now operates as Salesforce QTC. Next generation configure, price, quote (CPQ) and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) on Salesforce Lightning and Einstein platform with 5-10x faster deployment. Powering efficient revenue growth for global leaders such as Mitsubishi, Nimble Storage and Cloudera.

  • SVP WW Sales & Alliances (BigMachines then acquired by Oracle)

    2004 - 2012

    Joined the BigMachines Inc. in 2004 which had 20 team members and a $2 million revenue run rate. Built the global growth engine to a $50+ million revenue run rate while generating significant EBITDA and cash flow. Led BigMachines to segment leadership in SaaS sales configuration and quoting solutions which set it up for subsequent sale to Oracle. Built a talented world class sales engine with 50 global team members consisting of AEs, SEs, Inside Sales in US, UK, Germany, Singapore, Australia, and Japan. Accelerated average deal cycles and significantly increased average deal sizes. Helped team negotiate company's largest deals. Premier partner - Salesforce.com, voted best quoting app 4 Years Running on the salesforce.com AppExchange. Build very deep executive relationships and field relationships within Salesforce.com and within the Salesforce.com eco system. Oracle CRM On-Demand Premier Inner Circle status. Alliances - Build a BigMachines Partner Ecosystem consisting of 24 SI and technology partners. Built a team of 300+ world class employees.

    2002 - 2004

    Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, assigned to an internal consulting team supporting leadership to achieve sustainable process transformation and sustainable excellence. Proficient at various Six Sigma statistical methods and tools to perform root cause analysis driven by data and achieve and prove process improvement and process transformation. Projects/Programs were across the spectrum of running a global healthcare business and included Past Due/AR processes for a specific division, significantly increasing healthcare accessories sales on new equipment, remote service productivity through broad band connectivity and other miscellaneous projects. Mentored and trained individual contributors on Green Belt Certification.
