Brave Bison is a Social Video studio. We work with brands, creators and platforms to create, distribute and monetise video that’s fit for a digital world. Our goal is to create better content, find larger audiences and define better workflows and processes to make Social Video work hard. Whether it’s owned, paid, through partnerships or via our network of owned and operated properties we have an open mind when it comes to distribution. What’s important to us is that we place and share Social Video content on relevant social platforms, to the right audience in order to achieve genuine engagement. Our owned and operated social media communities across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube reach over 850 million people a week. Our properties, including Slash Football, Viral Vault, Rebel FC, Canvas, Sarah TV and Superviral TV have their own loyal and engaged audiences, which can amplify and drive conversation around brands’ social videos. We work with brands to manage and distribute on owned channels to ensure that the best Social Video practice is in place and that content is ordered and has a purpose. We’re tight with over a thousand of the most sought after influencers globally who can form part of a Social Video strategy that connects your brand authentically to millions. We can also help you navigate the often complex subject of rights management and content licensing.

AnalogFolk is a global digital product development, marketing and innovation agency network with offices across Europe, the USA and Asia. I worked with our growing team to better serve our clients by delivering breakthrough brand innovation. Core to my role was responsibility for the business planning, performance and management of the company across our network (London, Sydney, New York, Portland, Hong Kong, Shanghai), growing our international client relationships, as well as leading the development both in our geographical footprint and service offering. In addition I was responsible for new business, marketing, talent and expansion strategy for the network during a time of incredible growth, including the launch of a new subsidiary and office in Shanghai with our team in Asia. At the end of my tenure we were nearly 300 people globally, and during 2016 and 2017 the international business became profitable for the first time, with the network outside the UK approximately doubling in size during that period. I was fortunate to work with a brilliant team of very talented people who taught me a lot and gave me the opportunity to do some really interesting work.
