In this role, I continue to expand Braze’s data capabilities by building AI-driven analytics products designed to unlock actionable insights and enhance decision-making. My work includes: - Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrating LLM applications to create intelligent data products that power personalized customer experiences. - Leading the development of semantic metric layers, data marts, and AI model integrations to drive operational efficiency and improve customer insights. - Driving the alignment of data products with broader business goals, ensuring our AI and analytics initiatives generate measurable impact across teams. - Designing Snowflake-based infrastructures that enable fast, reliable access to key insights, reducing churn and improving customer engagement through advanced predictive analytics. - Implementing data marts powered by dbt, enabling department-specific analytics for Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams. - Developing a data observability strategy to ensure dbt and Snowflake data pipelines maintain high-quality standards across the organization. - Rolling out a comprehensive data catalog, centralizing business logic, creating a single source of truth for analytics, and driving transparency and collaboration across teams.
