WeToolIT.com was founded as a portal for the manufacturing industry to create a more streamlined process for the identification of tooling vendors and the procurement of complex tooling and automation equipment. WeToolIT.com was the precursor to ToolingNet, the entity that we used in partnership with Purdue University to raise several million dollars in capital and corporate support including $1.7 million dollars in the Indiana 21st Century Science and Technology grant awards. The company was acquired by Imaginestics in April of 2003.
