Invest Tech is a Sao-Paulo based investment boutique focused on managing venture capital/private equity funds. Our partnership consists of seasoned professionals with over 20 years of IT industry and buy/sell side M&A experience as well as a track record of financial discipline and successful execution of over 20 transactions in the Brazilian market for companies with annual revenues ranging from US$ 10 million to US$ 300 million. In addition to that, we successfully created and exited 4 different companies to financial and strategic investors. In 2008, we started our inaugural VC fund with US$ 25 million in investments from bellwether Brazilian and American institutional investors and the Brazilian business community. As of May, 2023, our investor base is comprised of institutional Brazilian, Latin American, American and European investors, and our focus is to invest in opportunities in IT and Telco companies that operate in the B2B space.
