Advanced cheating prevention. After seeing how prevalent exam cheating was at my school, I chemical engineered a paper that would allow students to take an exam normally while appearing black to a neighboring student. Research trials have shown close to a 100% reduction in answer copying. This technology was licensed in 2016.

Raised over $30M from investors and banks to acquire 450 Class-A/B residential apartment units throughout high school and college. Average Investor IRR of 34% on all sold properties

At age 15, grew a commercial landscape design company to over 300 accounts and 7 employees within a year. Sold company in 2009.

Co-Owner

2012 - 2015

Worked with my co-owner to grow the company from $200k to $5mm in revenue within 12 months. Sold company back to co-founder in January 2015.
