As a member of the management staff, he had a significant role in key strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities of the position included legal affairs, regulations, compliance, concessions, contracts, joint ventures, and litigation (both at local and international courts, including ICC and ICSID). Board member in several affiliated companies in Argentina and abroad, including holding companies, YPFB (Bolivia) and Pan American operating subsidiaries.
