    Led strategy definition project with continual follow-up (with Bain’s support) for my school’s Rugby & Hockey Club. Constructed fact base of Club’s current situation by conducting 20+ individual interviews, leading focus groups with key stakeholders and designing a survey answered by ~700 people. Designed and implemented a strategy definition workshop that involved +40 directors, players, parents and coaches; presented key findings to directors with plan approval. Established concrete plan to be more open to lower-income neighbor communities.
