    I monitor, analyze, and manage portfolio performance, tracking financial, operational, and market metrics with the aim of assessing progress against the goals and expectations of entrepreneurs and investors. Additionally, I am responsible for communicating and preparing regular reports on the progress of startups and investment groups. In collaboration with the company's M&A department, I also play a supporting role in operations by monitoring market trends, developments, and changes that may generate divestment opportunities. Furthermore, I coordinate the valuation methodology for the portfolio and startups. My objective is to enhance the internal structure of the department, ensuring organized and functional information management to obtain quality data.
