Led Product at SelfMade through initial iterations of a deep learning-enhanced photo editing app for influencers and a pivot to creating Instagram content for small eCommerce brands at scale. For the 6 months prior to transitioning to engineering, I led a cross-functional effort to launch SelfMade's ads product, which integrated our content creation pipeline with Facebook's Ads API to enable our customers to easily create, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns.
Product Manager
2015 - 2017
As a PM at Oscar, I worked on doctor appointment scheduling & Electronic Health Records system integrations, our doctor search engine, telemedicine interfaces, new user on-boarding flow, insurance ID card design & manufacturing, and provider-facing software platform. For my last 8 months, I led a cross-functional effort to enable Oscar plan members to instantly book doctor appointments from our web & mobile apps. This required building a platform to support integrations with multiple Electronic Health Records systems, negotiating integration deals with each EHR, launching & optimizing the member-facing booking flow, recruiting & on-boarding doctors to the program, and building tooling to minimize the operational work needed to scale instant scheduling.

Co-founded a Y Combinator-backed startup building iPad-based customer feedback solutions for retailers, restaurants, and hospitality. Started as a class project, Posmetrics won Harvard’s i3 Innovation Challenge and the Kairos Society K50 award, went through Y Combinator’s Winter 2013 startup incubator class, raised $510k in seed funding, and was acquired in the summer of 2013.
Software Development Intern

Built a back-end script in PHP to collect a user’s FourSquare check-ins and convert them into “feats”, and a front-end interface for the users to watch their points be tallied and simultaneously see an animated map move to the location of each check-in.
