Spearheading suite of Generative AI (Azure OpenAI/ChatGPT, Brad, Claude.ai Etc) based digital marketing (Martech) products for our SAAS subscription customer base primarily for upselling and renewing annual subscriptions (ARR). Started with zero and today we have more than thousand enterprise customers successfully using it. This group of products has become an important channel for the company’s long term growth. Responsible for team building/mentoring, architecting/designing/developing, quality control, delivery, DevOps, customer support and escalation handling. Playing a significant cross functional role with GTM and product teams to make this product more and more successful . This highly scalable cloud solution (serving billions of requests with 99.999% SLA) is built on Azure/AWS/GCP using Lambda, DynamoDB, Kubernetes, docker, S3, Athena, Python, ReactJs, node.js, Redis, Sagemaker, Java, SpringBoot, microservices, edge computing, Openai and etc.

Managed a team of 50+ members distributed in 3 geography locations. Participated in pre-sales activities with business development team and educated investors/board members on company strategies. Played the most significant role in closing a multi-year, multi-million dollar OEM deal with HP/OpenText. The product suite contains various modules such as workflow engine, device detection, web-based authoring/emulation, HTML/CSS parser engine, IOS/Android clients, analytics (big data), monitoring, localization, messaging, billing, ad engine, various third-party connectors/adapters, Java based SDKs and others. This product suite is offered in a cloud model serving billions of page views with a 99.99% SLA in AWS cloud.
