Tripled enterprise value to over $5 billion. Expanded international markets to represent more than 50% of revenue.

P&L responsibility for the company's largest business segment consisting of six global business units, 3,000 employees and eight manufacturing facilities. Grew sales 40% with an 800 basis point improvement in operating margin.

P&L responsibility for $250M global business unit. Successfully integrated four independent aircraft seating businesses in the US and Europe, which had been acquired as independent competitors.
